Yes! Renting out your holiday lodge is a great option for generating income which allows you to off-set your running costs, and earn money. By renting out lodge, even for just a few weeks, it can make ownership much more affordable than you might think. We are open 12 months which means our owners can holiday here as often as they like and enjoy their lodge throughout the seasons! Please note that we are a holiday park and you cannot live here, we require evidence of a permanent address from all our owners.

Our 2025 annual site fees are £4,292 including VAT. This can paid as a lump sum, or spread across 12 months, with no additional cost.

Our on-site management team cares for your property, and the entire holiday development, 365 days per annum with the service charge covering the cost of doing so, including: waste collection, waste tank, road maintenance, pest control, Wi-Fi, communal area insurance, CCTV, grounds keeping, reception costs and maintenance department.

The only other running costs are those associated with a traditional property, such as water, electricity and gas. You do not pay council tax at Willow Pastures Country Park.

Yes, we work with finance providers to enable our customers to take out finance on their dream holiday homes. For more information on finance options, please contact us.

Absolutely! Your holiday home is a valuable investment; it’s your personal retreat, offers potential rental income and a new lifestyle experience. Owning a holiday home provides you with a personal getaway whenever you need a break. A holiday home allows you to immerse yourself in a place and explore different experiences. You can embrace the outdoors, enjoy new activities and discover exciting local attractions.

We do not have an age limit on our holiday homes. As long as the park rules are adhered to, your holiday home can stay on-site for as long as you like.

Our Sycamore holiday homes are fully mortgageable. A mortgage is a much safer, more cost effect way of paying for your holiday home. For more information on this, please get in touch, and we can pass on details of an independent financial advisor.

Yes, you can buy-to-let a holiday home at Willow Pastures Country Park, and we will manage everything for you. We will even guarantee your annual returns if you wish. Mortgages for buy-to-let holiday homes are also available.
