Willow Pastures wins a 2026 VisitEngland ROSE Award

Willow Pastures named one of England’s best for outstanding customer service

We are delighted to share that Willow Pastures Country Park has received a 2026 VisitEngland ROSE Award.

The ROSE Awards recognise accommodation providers across England that give visitors an outstanding customer experience and the warmest of welcomes. Winners are selected using VisitEngland assessor comments together with online feedback from domestic and overseas guests.

Willow Pastures is one of only 100 winners nationwide and one of only two Yorkshire holiday parks included in the official 2026 list.

This recognition means a great deal to us because it reflects the care our team puts into every guest’s stay. We are also very grateful to everyone who has taken the time to leave feedback about their experience with us.

Recognition Of Service Excellence

ROSE stands for Recognition Of Service Excellence. The awards recognise accommodation providers that give their guests the very best customer experience and the warmest of welcomes.

Winners are nominated by VisitEngland’s Quality Scheme assessors. Assessor comments, online guest feedback and evidence of the extra steps businesses take to make stays special are considered during the selection process.

This makes the award particularly meaningful to us because it reflects the experiences of our guests as well as the findings of VisitEngland’s independent assessment.
